ACD reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or defer applications based on organizational needs, mission alignment, capacity, qualifications, availability, compliance requirements, and other relevant factors.

7. Communications and Email Consent

By submitting a form, registering for an event, donating, applying to volunteer, requesting information, or subscribing to updates, you agree that ACD may contact you regarding your inquiry, registration, donation, application, participation, or related ACD updates.

ACD may send:

Administrative emails
Event confirmations and reminders
Donation receipts and acknowledgments
Volunteer or partner follow-ups
Newsletter updates

Fundraising appeals
